Job Title : Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Education : MSN required

Shift Details : 4 days per week, 9 hour days 7:30 am- 5 pm (projected Wed–Fri, with Mon or Tues TBD), 8-week assignment (minimum)

General Description:

Weekly pay bifurcation

TOTAL TAXABLE - $2,592.00

TOTAL NONTAXABLE - $1,673.00

TOTAL GROSS - $4,265.00

• Support Staff: 1 RN assigned to the provider as case manager
• EMR: iHeal (orientation will be provided upon provider start)
• HBO (Hyperbaric Oxygen) experience is preferred (can train if needed)
