Easy Foods is looking for a Night shift Production Supervisor to join and help our Business to Thrive!

Competitive Total compensation (salary + bonus) -commensurate with experience/skills Range: 75k to 82,500k

Shift: Monday to Friday 5:45 pm to 6:00 am - Open availability Saturday or Sunday if needed

Experience working NIGHT SHIFT preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working with and leading large teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP, ADP
• Demonstrated experience within Lean/TPM/Continuous Improvement
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a food production environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Higher
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, Reports, Internet software, e-mail.
• Ability to work any shift as needed.
• Functional knowledge and understanding of HACCP concepts.
• Experience in plant sanitation practices and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in one of the Engineering, basic sciences or business-related disciplines preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a production environment.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF.
• Bilingual English Spanish required

The Area Mech HVAC Refrigeration Kitchen Tech will solve, perform maintenance and/or operational procedures in all phases of plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, refrigeration work including, air cooled and water cooled chillers. Among many tasks, the Area Mech HVAC Refrigeration Kitchen Tech must be able to repair or replace valves, bearings, belts and sheave replacement, blower and shaft replacement, insulation and damper repairs, motor repair or replacement, pump rebuilding and maintenance of boilers and air compressors. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $29.59 per hour.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in refrigeration
• Universal EPA Certification (Type I, II, and III)
• Ability to pass the Area Mech HVAC Refrigeration Kitchen Tech assessment
• Experience troubleshooting, performing maintenance and operational procedures in all aspects of the plumbing trade to include: plumbing, HVAC, commercial kitchen repair, boilers, air compressors and water cooled chillers
• Experience troubleshooting transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems
• Knowledgeable of valve repair, replacement and adjustment
• Must be familiar with the tools of the trade such as multimeter, manifold gauges, scale and charging stations
• Ability to read blue prints and schematics
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices
