Experience
A Senior Associate candidate must have experience in bankruptcy and debt restructuring and a work history that demonstrates increasing responsibility in a law firm or corporate legal department. A typical Senior Associate candidate will have confirmed at least five Chapter 11 or Chapter 12 plans (or have equivalent experience on the creditor side) and participated in numerous related activities (motions to lift stay, motions to incur secured debt, motions to assume or reject leases and executory contracts, claim objections, plan objections, adversary proceedings, etc.).
An ideal Senior Associate candidate has subject matter expertise in the following three areas:
- Income tax.
- Bankruptcy & commercial law.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the agricultural industry.
Education
A Senior Associate candidate must have a law degree from an accredited law school and be licensed in the state of Iowa or could be licensed in the state of Iowa within a reasonably short period of time. Attorneys licensed in the state of Illinois are encouraged to apply as the firm has worked for several Illinois farm debtors.
Technical Skills
An ideal Senior Associate candidate has the following core technical skills:
- Ability to determine the priority of liens on real and personal property.

Compensation

- Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
- Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
- Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
- Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
- Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.
Your experience should include...
- 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
- Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
- Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
- Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
- Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.

Job Description:
- 7+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- 2+ years of experience in testing and validating ETL processes and data workflows, including data integrity, transformation validation, and end-to-end data pipeline testing.
- Strong experience with automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java or C#.
- Hands-on experience in API and web services testing using automation tools such as Apache JMeter and Rest Assured.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
- Experience executing and managing automated test scripts within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
- Ability to integrate automated test execution into continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows to support automated validation during builds and deployments.
- Experience analyzing test results, troubleshooting failures, and improving reliability of automated test frameworks.
- Good understanding of test orchestration, and automated test reporting in CI/CD environments.
- Good to have: Experience testing applications deployed in cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services.
- Strong collaboration skills with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
