As a Stress Lab Nurse at MercyOne, you'll be the primary nurse supporting stress testing procedures and play a key role in a variety of diagnostic services. Your responsibilities will include performing EKGs, placing Holter monitors, assisting with echocardiograms, conducting pulmonary function tests, and supporting neurodiagnostic testing such as EEGs. Do you have a passion for Cardiology? Our 2 General is a 24-bed unit that specializes in cardiac and nephrology care. Cardiac patients are post Cath or EP, CHF, chest pain, and drips. Care is also provided on this unit for our acute and chronic renal failure patients.
What you will Do:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current IA RN license
BSN preferred

Are you a dedicated RN passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic care? As a Stress Lab Nurse at MercyOne, you'll be the primary nurse supporting stress testing procedures and play a key role in a variety of diagnostic services. Your responsibilities will include performing EKGs, placing Holter monitors, assisting with echocardiograms, conducting pulmonary function tests, and supporting neurodiagnostic testing such as EEGs. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, patients, and the care team to ensure accurate results and compassionate care. Schedule:
Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week
No Call!
Every 5th weekend rotation (6 am - 2:30 pm)
Rotating Holidays
Variable schedule, either 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (varies week to week)
Education:
Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.

Position Purpose:
Our nurses assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures performed in the Cath Lab as well as cross training into the EP lab.
What you will Do:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
Hours/Schedule:
7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
1.0 FTE. days
Must take call during the week and every third weekend
Must be within 20 - 30 minutes of Medical Center while on call
Minimum Qualifications:
Current IA RN license
BSN preferred
Cardiac experience strongly preferred
