GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Join our growing team as a Full-Time Postal Worker to coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, work collaboratively across teams and departments, and assist with processing returns and exchanges.

Other duties include respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, provide excellent service to customers and team members, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep.

To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
