Summary:

Performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients. Prepares patient skin for surgery in accordance with hospital standards. Maintains aseptic techniques;

Summary:

The Charge Auditor Clinical is a Registered Nurse who performs the primary functions of coordinating the process of capturing observation charges and other direct care/nursing department charges. The Charge Auditor oversees the documentation and billing of the observation patients to ensure compliance with all standards and guidelines as set forth. The Charge Auditor adheres to the philosophy of CHRISTUS, showing concern and the spirit of teamwork to visitors, patients, and fellow associates.

Responsibilities:

Summary:

The Emergency Department Technician requires the skills and knowledge of many areas such as: ED Tech, Patient Registrar, Unit Clerk, and Monitor Tech. The Emergency Department Tech performs a variety of RN delegated tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. He/she assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with training, competence and skill. He/she is knowledgeable of and follows all hospital policies and procedures. Consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, adequately stocked and safe patient environment.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties and Responsibilities

Summary:

Provides Occupational Therapy Services to patients referred, including assessment, treatment plan development and implementation with the follow-up and discharge planning. Actively assists with clinical aspects of the department, including program development, department operations and Performance Improvement activities. Assists with supervising and coordinating the Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant Student programs. In addition, supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and Volunteers.

Responsibilities:

• Performs comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to determine the status of the physical, cognitive and daily living abilities of inpatients and outpatients, considering diagnosis and age specific needs.

• Assists with coordination and supervision of the Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant student programs, as well as the volunteer program.
