Lopez, Severt & Pratt Co., a well-established law firm serving the Miami Valley for over 28 years, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our practice.

This position offers the opportunity to develop and manage a meaningful domestic relations caseload within a collaborative, professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys while providing high-quality legal counsel and client advocacy.

• Provide legal advice and representation in domestic relations matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Conduct client consultations and case strategy discussions
• Appear in court for hearings and related proceedings
• Assist with general legal matters as needed

• Active Ohio license to practice law
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Minimum 2 years of domestic relations experience preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
• Experience with legal case management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 365, and Windows-based systems
• Experience with the CLIO case management system is a plus
