Job Summary and Qualifications

The Nurse Educator enhances professional practice and the provision of quality patient care by providing evidence-based quality educational programs and activities that promote professional competency for nursing, inter-professional, and non-licensed clinical staff at the assigned facility.

In this role you will:

  • Participates in the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating of onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel.
  • Provides orientation/onboarding programs to promote employee retention.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Clinical Professional Development to adjust the program based on evaluation results.
  • Participates in the development, coordination, and management of facilitating, conducting, and evaluating competency.
  • Designs and identifies educational activities to address practice gaps for identified target audiences, including licensed and non-licensed healthcare personnel, in alignment with HCA and division clinical education request and development processes.
  • Develops activities to achieve specific outcomes related to identified deficits or opportunities for improvement in knowledge, skill and practice. Plans educational content delivery that encourages learner engagement.
  • Promotes and integrates the EBP in order to continuously improve practice. Conducts, encourages, facilitates, and/or participates in research, EBP, and QI in patient care settings.
  • Identifies and develops strategies to facilitate a continuous process of maturation through lifelong learning.
  • Utilizes novice-to-expert continuum when developing staff. Identifies and provides opportunities for skill enhancement and mastery.

What experience and education is needed for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing Required
  • Master's degree in nursing Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical education, CSC, academia or leadership. Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in acute care hospital. Preferred
  • Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice or has an active compact state license in accordance with law and regulation Required

Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Approves or recommends approval of long and short- range planning, specific and routine authorizations, including plans and specifications.
  • Responsible for scheduling of work offers and the managing of the Outside Plant (OSP) budget. Responsible for contract negotiations for the performance of outside plant construction engineering and installation/repair of a specific area.
  • Responsible for the operational effectiveness of provisioning OSP facilities relative to customer service activation and assurance.
  • Directs and controls capital budget for outside plant for specific market area.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of high-speed broadband service in assigned geography through general contractor partner.
  • The job has direct and indirect supervisory responsibility for employees below Director level.

Pay Range: $140-$160k plus bonus depending on experience. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Key Responsibilities:


Event Conceptualization:

  • Develop original, innovative event themes and experiences aligned with brand values and target audience expectations.

Event Management:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Orlando, FL for a Creative Artist. The Creative Artist will conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality artwork for custom screen printing, embroidery, and other product development projects. Daily tasks will include collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop creative solutions, preparing artwork for production, refining designs, and staying updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to projects. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**We are not looking for web designers, this role is fully creative and requires illustration and graphic talent and the willingness to evolve and learn new aspects of the industry.

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in graphic design, illustration, and creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Expert of vector illustration as well as detailed illustration and painting in Photoshop.

  • Advanced understanding of design principles (typography, composition and attention to color and detail are a must have)
