We’re launching a seasonal retail store at LakePoint — a destination for baseball players, families, and fans. We’re seeking energetic, personable team members who live and breathe baseball, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet customers with energy, build rapport, and help them find what they’re looking for.
• Share product knowledge confidently — elevate their experience beyond a “transaction.”
• Support sales goals through active selling, cross-selling, and product storytelling.
• Operate the point-of-sale system quickly and accurately.

Merch & Visual Standards

• Keep the space clean, intentional, and eye-catching.
• Restock merchandise and maintain displays throughout events.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.

Event-Ready Support

• Be ready to work high-volume weekends, special events, and peak times from April through November.
• Adapt to outdoor/venue conditions (move displays, organize stock, assist with setup/teardown).

Job Title: Phlebotomist II

Location: Cartersville, GA 30120

Duration: 6 Months

Pay rate: $18.80/hour to $21.30/hour

Schedule: Mon-Thu 8pm-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm EST

*The salary is determined by an individual's level of experience, as well as any relevant licenses and certifications they may hold.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.

Collects and stores specimens in accordance with established procedures.

Properly explain in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required.

Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles.

Fully understand all of the physicians' orders. Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order.

Check all test requisitions or computer labels against the script to ensure 100% correctness.

Package specimens for transport.

Stores specimens at the required temperature and places them.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required.

A minimum of 3 yr. of Phlebotomy experience is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Terminal Operator safely operates all equipment at the location used to load and unload rail cars, boats and/or trucks, ensuring order accuracy and expeditious processing of requests.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.
• Carry out tasks related to loading/unloading material, both bulk and bagged, waterway and road methods of transportation, as appropriate for the specific location.
• Operate and conduct general maintenance on mobile equipment and assist with general mechanical maintenance.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Education: High School diploma/GED

Required Work Experience: 1-3 years

Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic Knowledge about computers, Microsoft programs, and SAP preferred

Additional Requirements:

• High Mechanical aptitude and ability
• Candidates with a mechanical background and welding experience are desirable
• Knowledge of cement, the construction industry and integrated computer systems an asset
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
