Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Senior Labor Management Specialist to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This role is hands-on and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration, and is committed to delivering outstanding employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external staffing agencies to ensure alignment with hiring needs and productivity goals.
• Hold agencies accountable for providing quality associates and achieving the business KPIs.
• Establish standardized operating procedures for supplier management.
• Track and analyze HR data such as turnover, attendance, and engagement survey results to support decision-making.
• Continuously monitor employee rosters, roster audits, and conduct mass edits to ensure accuracy, and provide timely feedback to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments in the campus, provide suggestions and raise issues regarding business workforce needs, and assist in resolving them.
• Generate and output various types of data reports, manage process indicators, and provide solutions and recommend improvements based on workforce trends or actual issues.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records in compliance with company and legal standards.
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies to manage ADA accommodations, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor, employment, and workplace safety regulations.
• Ensure that quality of associates is met by maintaining higher eligibility standards and ensure that the candidates meet rehire eligibility requirements.
• Partner with leadership teams and contribute to special Ops and HR initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or agency management experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume operations environment.
• Able to go above and beyond to support the fluctuating business needs.
• Be flexible to work odd hours or odd schedules as the business demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems including UKG and ADP strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and U.S. labor laws.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer with strong expertise in automotive systems, specifically in Occupant Sensing and safety-critical features. The ideal candidate will act as a technical owner, driving end-to-end feature development from requirements analysis to system validation, ensuring alignment across software, hardware, and algorithm teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Engineering & System Design

• Perform detailed requirements analysis and functional decomposition of feature-level requirements into system and algorithm-level specifications.
• Define and develop system architecture, ensuring traceability and completeness.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical specifications.

2. Technical Ownership

• Act as the technical lead/owner for Occupant Sensing features.
• Ensure system coherence across algorithms, embedded software, hardware, and validation teams.
• Drive design discussions and ensure alignment with project goals.

3. Architecture & Modeling

• Analyze and document model architectures, data flows, and state machines.
• Define fault handling strategies and ensure robustness in system design.
• Review and validate system behavior under various operating conditions.

4. Design Review & Problem Solving

• Review and challenge design decisions to identify gaps and risks.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis.
• Ensure technical robustness and compliance with automotive standards.

5. Communication & Diagnostics

• Work with automotive communication protocols including:
• CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, SENT
• Implement and debug diagnostic services based on UDS (ISO 14229).
• Analyze vehicle network topology and ensure seamless communication across ECUs.

6. Tools & Development Environment

• Utilize requirements management tools such as DOORS and Polarion.
• Work with architecture and modeling tools like Enterprise Architect or Rhapsody.
• Perform debugging and validation using tools such as:
• Oscilloscopes
• Vector CAN Analyzer / CANoe

7. System Validation & Debugging

• Conduct system-level testing and validation in lab and vehicle environments.
• Analyze hardware schematics and support debugging activities.
• Support OTA (Over-the-Air) update validation and troubleshooting.

8. Process & Compliance

• Follow and contribute to ASPICE-compliant development processes.
• Ensure adherence to Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity standards.

Job Summary:

• Place PRs-PO’s in Xiam.
• Submitting payments and managing all invoice inquiries
• Payments follow up in SAP.
• Planning and scheduling of Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance.
• Coordination with external vendors for Preventative/Calibration execution.
• Coordination with Buyers and Corporate.
• Provide accrual impact to finance
• Familiar with preferred software: Maximo, SAP and Xiam

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as a member of the mental health care team that provides specialized health care for selected groups of patients in the Adult Detention Center.

Participates as a part of a multidisciplinary team that includes medical and mental health.

Three years of nursing experience is required and two years of advanced practice is preferred.

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing is required.

BSN preferred.

Minimum 2 years acute care experience or managed care experience is required.

Basic knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare preferred.

Knowledge of InterQual screening criteria, ICD-10, CPT coding preferred.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing issued by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas is required.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
