Considerable experience applying arrest authorities and constitutional law in various alleged criminal situations, or knowledge and experience of CBP laws, regulations, policies, legal precedent.

The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k) and 403(b) plan participants.
