Role Description
Silver Seal Products Co., Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Trenton, MI. The successful candidate will manage procurement operations, coordinate purchase orders, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Additional responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with suppliers and customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, ensuring favorable terms with vendors
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Knowledge of purchasing systems, logistics, or inventory management is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system
All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.
Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

- Pre-K – 12
- Master of Science – Counseling and Psychological Services (Concentration: School Psychology)
- Doctor of Philosophy – Marriage and Family Therapy
- Psychoeducational evaluations, IEP/504 development, manifestation determinations, and adherence to federal, state, and local special education regulations (PK-12)
- Individual and group counseling, behavioral intervention planning, crisis response, trauma-informed practices, and academic/college readiness support across diverse populations
- Expert consultation with administrators, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams; facilitation of SST/MTSS meetings and school-wide screening initiatives
- Delivery of professional development and parent training on behavior management, mental health, and student achievement
