The ideal candidate has at least business-level language ability in both Japanese and English and demonstrated work experience in administration and translation. Japanese/ English Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:

• Provide clerical and administrative functions to the office- data entry, answering / transferring phone calls, scheduling, etc.
