Position Summary:

The Service Desk Technician has primary responsibility to provide desktop support for a broad range of technologies and end-users across multiple areas of the business. This role responds to reported incidents, problems and requests with accuracy and in a timely fashion. The Service Desk Technician is responsible for answering IT requests via phone or email and provide solutions by explaining resolutions clearly and concisely to internal customers. This role will be working on-siteat our Home Office in Massillon, OH.

Essential Functions

·        Provide first level technical support for store and home office personnel.

·        Provide Workstation/Laptop support for store and home office personnel.

·        Provide hardware support for stores and home office personnel (including but not limited to desktops, laptops, peripherals, multi-function printers, VoIP phones, tablets, and smartphones).

·        Provide software support for critical and non-critical business applications for store and home office personnel.

·        Provide user account support including provisioning, deprovision, and maintenance for network and application systems.  

·        Communicate with software/hardware vendors to resolve more complex issues.

·        Track software/hardware licensing and support in IT Asset Management solution.

·        Document and record all issues in IT Service Management solution (ITSM).

·        Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators as needed.

·        Create, follow, and maintain detailed standard IT operating procedures to ensure efficient and repeatable processes.

·        Assist with IT projects and objectives as needed.

Key Competencies:

·        Proficient using Microsoft Windows 11 as day-to-day Operating System.

·        Familiarity with common line of business applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe).

·        Familiarity with managing computers, users, and groups using Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365

·        Basic understanding of core computer network fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI model, switching, routing, firewalls).

·        Basic Computer Hardware/Software troubleshooting skills

·        Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent organizational skills.

·        Strong oral and written communication skills (technical and non-technical).

·        Ability to collaborate in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.

·        Ability to travel occasionally for up to 3 hours as required to retail store locations (reliable transportation required).

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

·        1-2 years of prior experience in IT support or service desk or help desk role preferred

·        Previous experience with Halo ITSM or equivalent Service Desk solution a plus

·        CompTIA A+ preferred

·        CompTIA Network+ preferred

An Electrical Assembly Lead is responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. They work with various types of wiring, cables, and connectors to ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment and systems. An Electrical Assembly Lead may read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints, and they often work closely with electricians and other technicians to complete projects. They must adhere to safety regulations and follow industry standards to ensure the integrity and reliability of electrical systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education level of a High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent Diploma is preferred.
• 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of system software (i.e. Oracle, MES, True View) to look up parts and drawings.
• Lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques.

**Job Description
**: As a Freight Handler at FedEx, you will be responsible for managing the movement of freight within the warehouse.

This includes loading and unloading trucks, organizing freight, and ensuring that shipments are processed correctly and on time.

You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure that all freight is handled safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience with freight handling, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides basic leadership skills for assigned patients, collaborates with other departments and begins process of proactive thinking when implementing the plan of care. Serves as mentor to the staff nurse and ancillary personnel; receives mentoring from Staff Nurse II and III; and Patient Care Coordinator.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of one year experience required. Verification of course completion in accordance with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines is required. BSN highly preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse is required. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.

Counsels and assists patients and their families with personal and environmental difficulties which predispose illness or hinder the patient from receiving maximum benefits from medical care.

Acts as a therapeutic agent as a member of multi-disciplinary health and mental health teams.

Master's degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education is required.

One year's post master's degree experience in a health care setting is preferred.

Current state licensure from the Texas Department of Human Services is required.

Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with UH policies and standards.

Supports and promotes University Health values to ensure patient/guest relations.

Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting.

Maintains, facilitates and promotes department policies and standards.

At least one year experience in direct patient care is preferred.

Current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card required.

ACLS certification may be required based on site location.

Various certifications may be required based on location site.

Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas.

Provides skilled direct patient care (dialysis) and monitoring of renal dialysis patients.

Operates all renal dialysis equipment and recognizes changes in the renal patient's condition while on dialysis.

Administers medications and access hemodialysis catheters for the patient care techs as assigned.

Three years recent experience in general patient care and successful completion of 3 months probation period is required.

Verification of course completion in accordance with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines is required.
