Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage mail and package deliveries.
Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role.
Must have a high level of professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service oriented approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
Proactive nature with the ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
Experience in the engineering industry is preferred but not necessary.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
