Job Summary and QualificationsShift:7am-530pm

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.What qualifications you will need:
- Required Experience: One year of RN experience.
- Preferred Experience: EP, ICU and or strong cardiac nursing experience.
- Required Education:Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position. Grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions, or extensions, may be approved by the facility CNO and reported out to the CNO Council members. Each facility will ensure tracking of exemptions should this information be needed. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt.
- Preferred Education:Masters in Nursing.
- Required License:Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
- Required Certifications:BLS and ACLS
- Preferred Certification: National Certification in area of specialty

- Helping patients and families understand their care plans and offering guidance for their health and recovery
- Keeping patient areas clean and safe by following infection prevention practices, managing equipment, and maintaining an organized environment
- Championing your growth and enhancing patient care by engaging in learning opportunities, sharing ideas to improve care, and partnering with your supervisor or preceptor to build your personal career development plan
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Restaurant Staff responsibilities include:
-Effectively communicate with management in a timely manner regarding scheduling issues, customer service problems, and equipment malfunctions.
-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
-Ensure all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards.
-Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
-Clean the customer service areas by following the proper procedures as directed by the manager on duty, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables and condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.
-Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with all company assets by following company cash handling policies.
-Demonstrate ability to be a “team player” by contributing to the team’s success and communicating effectively with other Customer Service Representatives.
-Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
-Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
-Frequent washing of hands.
