Job Description Summary:
Provide primary BLS Life Support and Advanced level Care to include medical evaluation, IV therapy, medication administration, treatment and stabilization of the critically ill and injured as well as on-going monitoring of patient vitals during transport. This will require working directly with physicians and nursing staff to inform and receive patient information regarding the patient's condition on arrival or prior to transporting.Responsibilities And Duties:
60% -Performs primary job responsibilities listed for Emergency Medical Technician to include response, patient assessment, vital signs, patient monitoring and diagnostics, patient moving and lifting, medication administration.20% - Maintaining Equipment in proper working order.
Daily cleaning includes mandatory weekly disinfecting of ambulances/equipment and station.
10% - Report writing and documentation.
As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel

Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.
