We are seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A Paralegal to join a growing transactional practice. This is a highly active, deal-focused role—not a back-office position. You will be embedded in live transactions, working closely with partners and senior attorneys, and will take ownership of core corporate and M&A workflows from LOI through closing and post-closing.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-expectation, high-trust environment. You will be expected to issue-spot, make recommendations, and drive process ownership.
Primary Responsibilities
Corporate & M&A Transaction Support
- Support mergers, asset purchases, stock purchases, and related transactions from diligence through closing
- Manage deal checklists, SOPs, and closing checklists
- Draft, coordinate, and finalize routine and ancillary transaction documents (e.g., consents, resolutions, disclosure schedules, closing certificates, post-closing filings)
- Coordinate and track conditions to closing, deliverables, and post-closing obligations
- Organize and maintain virtual data rooms and diligence materials
- Prepare and maintain cap tables, ownership summaries, and entity charts
General Corporate Support
- Prepare and file entity formations, foreign qualifications, dissolutions, and amendments
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and governance materials
- Support contract review and organization for ongoing GC clients
- Coordinate UCC searches, lien filings, and releases
- Liaise with registered agents, state filing offices, lenders, and opposing counsel
Process Ownership & Deal Management
- Serve as a central point of coordination on active matters to keep deals moving
- Track deadlines, filing requirements, and transaction timelines
- Maintain internal SOPs, templates, and transaction workflows
Qualifications
- 6+ years of paralegal experience, with significant corporate and transactional exposure
- Prior experience supporting M&A or complex corporate transactions strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Comfortable working directly with partners and taking ownership of workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to work independently

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- Markup / route client comments; provide oversight to direct reports' routes
- Helps direct reports resolve internal challenges
- Drives best practices and standard operating procedures for internal team

FINANCES:
- Advises direct reports on budget estimates for new projects

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the service department employees and processes at assigned branch locations, this includes responsibility for executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through the service coordination function. This role will hold responsibility for exercising independent judgment in the direct supervision of Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives. Is responsible for influencing customer satisfaction with service by continuously improving branch efforts of service lead-time, first time completion rate, average days to complete service, and service CES metrics. The targeted pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. The total compensation package for this position also includes applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus. Role Description
The in-house broker provides flexible, scalable transportation solutions by leveraging a vetted network of trusted carrier partners. Must operate seamlessly alongside our asset-based operations. Team members are a part of operations by filling in capacity gaps, managing overflow freight, and sourcing carriers with specialized equipment to maintain consistent service and on time deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Carriers:
Must source, thoroughly vet and manage relationships with partner carriers.
- Knowledge of Real Time Market Insight:
A thorough understanding of current market trends, competitive pricing, lane coverage, and rapid response to changing freight demands to efficiently negotiate rates while maintaining service and margin goals.
- Dispatch and Scheduling:
Coordinate load details from pick up through delivery, ensuring on time performance.
Successfully log and complete loads on all internal systems to ensure loads are captured, completed and billed for.
- Communication:
Monitor shipments, track exceptions, and resolve issues in real time while maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, drivers, and operations.
- Problem Solving:
Addressing any unforeseen issues or challenges that may arise during transport, such as mechanical breakdowns, carrier falloffs, delays and more.
- Strong Organizational Skills:
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is essential.
- Attention to Detail:
Accuracy is vital in communicating with our warehouse, partners, clients and other critical tasks.
- Communication Skills:
Clear and concise communication is crucial for effective coordination between all departments.
- Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and brokerage compliance standards
Maintain accurate load documentation and brokerage compliance requirements.
- Sales / Brokerage liaison
Analyze market conditions to support sales in pricing and capacity decisions.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving, processing, shipping, and completing customer purchase orders for Sika Flooring products and services. In addition, this individual will support the region with projects that contribute to improving operational service for customers.
Using the Sales and Distribution module of SAP, the representative will follow and remain proficient in procedures for entering and managing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. The role involves monitoring SAP-generated back-order lists, open billing lists, scheduled picking, and shipping lists to ensure timely fulfillment and anticipate customer orders and related needs. The representative will respond promptly to inquiries from customers and sales representatives via phone, email, or Teams. They will also gain proficiency in Sika Flooring products, services, and operational procedures related to Sales and Distribution.
- High school diploma required – some college preferred.
- 2-5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
