Required Skills/Experience:

Technical Skill Set Requirements

• Programming experience in Natural, and the utilization of ADABAS.
• Experience running Natural processes in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online - 10 Years.
• Experience in the analysis, design, and programming of large or complex development projects on large-scale Linux systems - 2 Years.
• Experience with automated child support systems - 4 Years.
• Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architecture - 3 Years.

Business Skill Set/Requirements

• Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to the systems and processes - 3 Years.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes - 3 Years.
• Experience training end users on software - 3 Years.

Technical/Business Skill Set Requirements

• Knowledge of child support policies and procedures, and current state and federal mandates as implemented or similar to child support system - 2 Years.
• Experience interpreting, designing and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems - 2 Years.
