Serves as chief medical officer of the Medical Staff of McLaren Subsidiaries through the subsidiary President, to discharge the organizational and administrative duties and responsibilities relating to Medical Staff affairs. Assists the President and the Board or Directors, Administration, Medical Staff, Chief of Staff, Executive Committee, and various committees of the hospital. In conjunction with the Chief of Staff, assures that the clinical departments, through their respective elective chief, perform in accordance with the rules and regulations as specified by the Medical Staff and the hospital. Observes the hospital and Medical Staff bylaws, rules and regulations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1). Assures implementation of McLaren Health Care’s mission statement, particularly around “quality outcomes and costs”.
2). Responsible for subsidiary quality dashboard ensuring the data is accurate, current and shared across the organization.
3). Regularly reporting quality and safety results to the subsidiary board, medical executive committee and the medical staff.
4). Involved at the system and site level in activities that standardize care delivery to improve patient outcomes.
5). To be the lead at the site with a major focus on driving results to top decile in Safety, Quality, and Service.

Required:
- Doctoral Degree in Medicine, or a currently licensed physician who meets the qualifications for Medical Staff membership for Consulting Staff.
- At least five (5) years clinical practice experience and shall be encouraged to maintain membership in the State and National Society relating to professional experience.
- Board Certification in field of American Board of Medical Specialties
- Prior experience in physician leadership role.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.

Summary:
Supporting the overall vision and strategy of Fessler & Bowman, you will be responsible for developing relationships and strategies to continue growth within the industrial concrete and civil earthwork markets. This position will work to identify strategic accounts and understand customer specific needs within a defined geographic market. Partnering closely with the Operations Team to execute sales and growth strategies, this role will ensure that Fessler & Bowman’s footprint is expanding. This role will guarantee that product offerings are of high quality and exceed customers’ expectations. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities for this position.
Five Key Roles of the Business Development Manager:
- Lead and manage all business development activities for the designated region.
- Align business development strategies to regional market.
- Identify and target potential growth markets, clients, and opportunities within geographic market

Travel:

Responsibilities

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;
- Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.

- Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent

timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite
survey/inspection assignments in the Flint, MI area, and other locations within approximately 100 miles of Flint.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a
commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct
potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to
manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a
local territory and complete work assignments on time.
Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses
we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,
construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial
insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,
Inland Marine and Builders Risk.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,
loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested
