Load pay: $10 per load

Detention pay: $6 per 15-minutes detention at each stop

Refused delivery pay: $6 per stop

Off account work pay: $300-$350 per day

Miscellaneous hourly work: $16-$24 per hour

New hire training pay: $200 per day

Other safety training pay: $20 per hour
