Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative specializing in Refinish Paint.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with clients and prospects, identifying their needs, and offering tailored refinishing paint solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, achieving revenue targets, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales territories, identifying new market opportunities, cultivating leads through cold-calling, networking and on-site prospect visits. Also providing excellent customer service to clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop, Grow and Maintain strong relationships with collision centers and commercial and Industrial clients.
• Introduce clients to our full line of automotive refinish paints, coatings, and supplies, including: Materials, Tools & Equipment for the refinish process and all other applicable products for our clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients solve problems and find the right products and solutions.
• Hit or exceed sales targets while representing a company known for integrity and service.
• Collaborate with Technical Representatives and internal teams to ensure clients get the best support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments, with experience in Paint & Refinish Product Sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities.
• Conduct presentations and attend events to promote products and services.
• Upsell products and services to existing customers while maintaining a focus on their needs.
• Collaborate with management to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and management of product offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in B2B sales environments preferably in Collision/Auto Body Paint & Supplies.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Operations & Tenant Relations

• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of service requests from initial submission through to resolution and final tenant satisfaction check.
• Occupant Communications: Act as a primary liaison for tenants, delivering timely updates and managing correspondence regarding building news or issues.
• Digital Records Management: Ensure the integrity of company databases by accurately inputting and updating tenant profiles and account information.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Contract Administration: Facilitate the bidding process, secure necessary approvals, and manage vendor agreements from execution to project closeout.
• Compliance Tracking: Proactively collect, monitor, and renew Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure all contractors meet risk management standards.
• Inventory & Procurement: Audit office and building supplies, handle purchasing, distribute materials, and verify invoice accuracy for reconciliation.

Risk Management & Field Support

• Claims Support: Streamline the insurance process by documenting incidents, monitoring claim progress, and coordinating with adjusters and legal counsel.
• Property Inspections: Perform periodic on-site visits to audit building conditions and verify that systems are functioning at peak efficiency.

Administrative & Team Collaboration

• Office Operations: Direct incoming inquiries, oversee office technology upgrades, and manage the scheduling rotation for on-call technicians.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide flexible assistance to colleagues to maintain seamless daily operations and meet team goals.

• Reviews and approves analytical method qualification protocols, reports, test methods, and related QC/Analytical Development documentation.
• Performs QA review and approval of equipment onboarding and qualification records (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, maintenance).
• Reviews incoming raw material documentation and supports QA disposition activities.
• Supports deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and cross‑functional root cause analyses.
• Provides on‑the‑floor QA support during GMP manufacturing operations and real‑time issue escalation.
• Reviews and approves GMP documents (e.g., master and executed batch records, SOPs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Contributes to Quality System records (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Laboratory Investigations) as a reviewer or investigator.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing, QC, Analytical Development, and Engineering to support compliant and efficient GMP operations.
• Adheres to internal procedures and applicable GMP regulatory requirements.
• Contributes to site quality initiatives, operational efficiency projects, and activities related to technology transfer and commercialization.
• Assists other Quality groups as needed, including document control, training, and audits.
• Communicates effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and teams.
• Adheres to regulatory and Abzena quality standards, policies, procedures, and mission.
• Maintain the highest ethical and moral standards

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biologic, Biotechnology, or Medical Device space.
• Relevant experience as in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Quality Compliance, Quality Control, GMP manufacturing and testing.
• Experienced in leading Root Cause Analysis investigations, developing corrective actions, and performing risk assessments.
• Experienced in early-phase to commercial quality systems development and maintenance.
• Adequate knowledge of industry standards and regulation requirements for biologics and small molecules in clinical development and commercial.
• Adequate knowledge of GMP regulations (e.g. US, EU, and ROW), good documentation practices, cGMP, 21CFR Part 210 and 211, USP and other applicable regulations, standards, and guidance.

• Ability to stand for 1-2 hours at a time, sit for 2 to 3 hours at a time.
• Require working in an office setting where sitting and computer usage would be the norm
