This will be accomplished by planning, developing and implementing special studies and projects and recommending system changes that will enable management to obtain maximum control of operations.
Responsible for performing basic professional accounting activities within plant finance organization.
Accounting activities performed may include posting, summarizing, reconciling, auditing, ledger maintenance, and statement and/or report preparation.
Must have a working knowledge of general accounting principles and methods; good keyboard skills; proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet systems; understanding of management control concepts, budgeting principals and forecasting techniques; written and oral communication skills with all levels both within and outside of the company; and possess leadership qualities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain records of Asset, Liabilities, Profit & Loss or other activities within the organization.
Assists the Accounting Supervisor in the achievement of the short and long term objectives.
Participate in fiscal month end close, generating inventory entries, performing variance analysis as needed.
Assist with implementation of any new manufacturing or accounting systems.
Ensures that the facility is in compliance with all financial controls and FM policy requirements.
Prepares various statistical reports, as required by Management to assist with Business decisions and development.
Provide sales reports timely and accurately.

Basic Duties
- Provide exceptional service to our customers by performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on allied type construction and Aerial work platform equipment.
- Responsible for picking-up and delivering equipment when necessary.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position will work in the field/shop environment and at Customer jobsites. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel may be required. Role Details:
- Clinic Hours: M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM; no weekends (schedule within these hours will be discussed)
- Full time position: 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours
- Sees on average 6 patients per day
- Appointment types: 60 minutes
- Provider team includes: 1 MD, PMHNP, 1 LMHC, 1 LISW, 1 substance abuse counselor at this location; part of larger behavioral health team with team members at other locations too.

Duties:
- Provides psychosocial assessment to patients and families to identify emotional, social and environmental strengths and problems related to their diagnosis, illness, treatment and/or life situation for those referred by primary care providers.
- Formulates, develops and implements a comprehensive psychosocial treatment plan utilizing appropriate clinical social work and/or counseling treatments and interventions. Interventions may include crisis intervention, brief and long-term individual, marital, and family and/or group therapies.
- Provides therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health services as required.
- Participates in period staff conferences to present case histories; confer with internal external members of the therapy team to develop comprehensive evaluations or plan pertinent therapy programs to provide maximum benefits for each patients.
- Prepares and maintains a case record for each patient to describe the nature of social problems and services suggested or provided.
- Provides education to patients and families around issues related to adaptation to the patient’s diagnosis, illness, treatment and/or life situation.
- Maintains working knowledge of and liaison with community agencies and resources.
