The Opportunity:
The Senior Health Virtual Services (SHVS) Provider role is a dynamic and evolving role part of Senior Health at One Medical. The primary responsibility of the SHVS provider is to provide direct, patient-facing virtual clinical care for acute and time sensitive care needs outside of the clinic (known as ?triage and treat?), and to collaborate with and support Senior Health Primary Care Providers in managing clinical tasks. The SHVS Provider role is 100% remote. The work hours for this particular position will be from 4PM EST to 1AM EST with every other weekend scheduled.
The SHVS role focuses primarily on Senior Health patients, however is a part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team. What you?ll be working on:
- Remote Care: Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls and asynchronous patient messaging in partnership with centralized virtual RN team
- PCP Panel Support: work as an extension of in clinic PCPs through task support focusing on high value/high impact clinical tasks - medication refills, interpretation and reporting of diagnostic results such as labs or imaging, consult note review.
- Collaboration: ongoing connection with PCPs across offices
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Care coordination with daytime virtual and office care teams, across both commercially insured and value-based senior health populations
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
What you?ll need
- Required state licenses: (any 1 of the following)
- AZ, WA, GA, CO
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an PA or NP for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (with evidence of experience working with a senior health population as a component of your practice)
- OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (alternating weekends required)
- Spanish speaking strongly preferred

WAGI is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician?s Assistant (PA-C) to join our gastroenterology medical practice.
The Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP), as an independent healthcare provider, is responsible for delivering comprehensive treatment to both well and sick patients while working collaboratively within the gastroenterology health team. Via direct patient care, consultation, research, education, and partnership with other healthcare providers, demonstrates a high level of clinical experience in providing gastroenterology healthcare. Patients and families are educated by the APP on how to encourage wellbeing, avoid health complications, improve current health, and engage in acute and chronic illness. APPs are mentored by practice Physicians; PA-Cs practice within the WA State licensing to include practicing medicine with Physician supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide care autonomously to a case load of patients in a gastroenterology practice
- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history, physical assessment, and pre-procedure workups of patients with acute or chronic gastrointestinal health problems
- Prescribe and regulate medications per prescriptive authority in Washington State
- Document patient data to ensure continuity in the provision and coordination of patient care to include verbal and phone communications
- Collaborates with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients
- Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits; maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information; triages patient telephone calls and provides medical advice and guidance
- Participate in clinical research studies as requested
- Infusion clinic coverage as needed
- May include inpatient hospital coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
This position will typically practice within WAGI clinics, Monday - Friday. However, there are additional requirements to also provide periodic coverage on weekends or holidays as needed for hospital coverage.
Qualifications

Washington Gastroenterology has an excellent compensation and benefit package that includes the following:
Employees (and their families) who work full time (defined as working 30 or more hours per week) will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance. In addition employees are able to enroll in our company?s 401(k) plan which includes a company provided safe harbor contribution of 3% of annual earnings and the potential for a company discretionary profit sharing contribution.
All employees will be eligible to accrue PTO at a rate of .04 hours per payroll hour (1.6 hours for a 40 hour week) which can be used for and exceeds the required mandatory WA State and other local ordinances. In addition, full time employees will be eligible for a Vacation accrual with a maximum annual accrual of 77 hours as a new hire.
WAGI has 8 standard Holidays each year for which full time employees are eligible to receive paid holiday. In addition, full time employees will be given 1 Float Holiday each year that they can schedule.
WAGI provides Malpractice Insurance, a Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement budget of $5,400 per two year cycle; and 5 days of paid CME Time Off per year to complete CME.

Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington is recruiting an Advanced Practice Providerto join our team in the role of Hospital Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry.
This is a hospital-based position that works cooperatively with the medical, surgical, emergency and social work services to address the complex medical and behavioral health needs of patients receiving care at Virginia Mason Medical Center. This includes providing care for people experiencing delirium, and mood, psychotic, anxiety, substance use, and somatic symptom disorders, among others. The Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry service also works closely with patients in the hospital under the Involuntary Treatment Act with Single Bed Certification. The Consultation-Liaison APP will have an important role in the education of clinical teams about behavioral health care, including multiple residency programs. The collaborative nature of this position, and partnership with physician and advanced practitioners, medical and surgical trainees, nurses, social work and other health professionals in a team-based environment is particularly rewarding.
Schedule/Call
- The consult psychiatry team works weekdays taking consults from 8-5.
- There are currently no overnight or weekend responsibilities for team members as this is currently covered by an outside tele psychiatry service.

Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner Preceptor (MD/DO, LMHC, NP or PA) to join our innovative team at MatchNP. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting nurse practitioner students by providing guidance and mentorship during their clinical placements. Your expertise will help shape the future of nursing and ensure that students gain the hands-on experience needed to thrive in the healthcare field. **Your current employer must support precepting. MatchNP does not provide the clinical site.**
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nurse practitioner students during their placements at your current place of employment.
- Assist in developing individualized learning plans that align with each student's clinical goals.
- Conduct regular evaluations of student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during clinical training.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Medical license in the United States.
- Strong background in medical documentation and patient care management.
- 1 year post graduation experience (Required)
- Excellent communication skills for effective mentoring and collaboration with students and staff.
