- Consumer-Centric Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on consumer insights and behavior.

- AI-Driven Optimization: Use AI tools for predictive analytics, automated scheduling, keyword analysis, and campaign performance optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as views, reach, GRPs, CPM, and use tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to improve user experience and conversions.
- Retail & Marketplace Integration: Manage campaigns for Instacart, Walmart, and Amazon Fresh, including paid ads and performance adjustments.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Build and manage email campaigns, leveraging automation for efficiency.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing and AI trends.
- Accountable for ensuring all support material for use in B2B and B2C trade comms is created and distributed in a timely manner and on budget.
- Work with the senior manager to develop multi-channel trade communication plans, using insightful analytics of performance and aligning with brand activity to deliver tailored comms suitable for the message being delivered.
- Maintain an external perspective and awareness of trade marketing activity other organizations are carrying out within and outside of the industry. Using any insight gained to inform Karoun's trade and marketing related activities.
- Take the lead on building relationships with Karoun and portfolio brands to share best practice and agent insight.
- Represent as digital marketing lead in key partnership team (sales) events, ensuring the partnership team is aware of upcoming plans, activity and news from digital marketing. Similarly, will then also represent the voice of the marketing/sales team in related meetings.
- Have ownership of ensuring the respective teams have a thorough and good understanding of digital brand activities and information. Regularly meet and work relevant business agents to better plan and deliver such related digital marketing campaigns that are optimized for the desired delivering of commercial, sales and brand objectives.
- Proactively work with internal and external partners and business relation colleagues to create and deliver assets than can be used where possible.

Simkhai is searching for a Product Development Assistant to support the product development team in managing trim and lining sourcing, maintaining product data systems, and coordinating factory communications to ensure accurate and timely product development across all collections.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain seasonal WIPs for each collection
- Track all incoming packages from factories at trial, proto, and sms stage
- Provide data entry support for all WIPs
- Create and maintain all trim and lining logs used in all Collections for Design and Tech

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office & E-Commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing apparel brand. This position owns several core operational functions including order fulfillment, customer experience, inventory organization, and office management, while also supporting projects across e-commerce, marketing, wholesale, and brand initiatives.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. This role is in-person 2-3 days a week in our West Hollywood, CA office with the potential to transition into full time.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and ship all online orders in a timely and organized manner
- Assist with customer service communications and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions across email, phone, text, and web chat
- Maintain accurate order and inventory records within Shopify as well as an organized inventory and stock area
- Assist with launching new products in Shopify, including product descriptions, SEO details, alt tags, metadata, and collection placement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment, including managing office supplies and incoming mail
- Conduct outreach to prospective wholesale partners and maintain communication with existing accounts to support ongoing relationships and growth
- Assist with the setup, monitoring, and creative support of Meta and Google advertising campaigns
- Support social media scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Support brand initiatives such as photoshoots, brand activations, creating linesheets and other operational or marketing projects as needed

Overview
A growing organization in the medical device space is seeking a Radiochemist I/II to join its Radiochemistry team. This role supports production-scale radiochemistry operations, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing of isotope products while contributing to process optimization, technical troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiochemistry production procedures safely and efficiently in support of isotope manufacturing operations.
- Serve as a technical resource for assigned isotope product lines, helping ensure supply continuity and process performance.
- Execute and optimize complex radiochemical procedures including solution preparation and ion separation techniques.
- Coordinate production schedules for high-activity materials to support internal and external customer orders.
- Perform radioassay procedures using specialized instrumentation such as ion chambers, liquid scintillation counters, beta/gamma counters, alpha counters, HPGe detectors, and analytical balances.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for radioactive and non-radioactive materials.
- Support validation and qualification of new isotope suppliers and raw materials.
- Develop and implement improvements to radiochemical purification processes and controlled procedures.
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment including calibration, cleaning, and contamination control.
- Collaborate with Health Physics teams to improve shielding, workflow, and radiation handling practices in accordance with ALARA principles.

Qualifications
- BS or MS in Chemistry, Radiochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant laboratory or radiochemistry experience for Radiochemist I.
- 5+ years of relevant experience for Radiochemist II, including the ability to independently solve technical challenges and support team members with complex chemical questions.
- Experience working with pipettes, analytical balances, and radiochemical laboratory equipment.
- Ability to safely operate hot cells, gloveboxes, or fume hoods without contaminating equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
