What You’ll Do

As a Pool RepairTechnician, you’ll be responsible for repairing our customers’ pools systems and equipment to keep them functioning at their best. This includes:

Pool Diagnostics and Pool Repairs:

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on a variety of pool systems and equipment to maintain operational excellence and ensure long-lasting functionality.

High-Quality Quotes:

  • Provide clear, detailed, and high-quality repair quotes focused on making pools run efficiently, adhering to current safety standards, and utilizing reputable products with solid warranties. Your quotes should reflect our commitment to excellence and provide customers with confidence in their investments.

Customer Communication:

  • Before Service: Communicate with customers ahead of your arrival to confirm the appointment, share your expected arrival time, and address any preliminary questions.
  • During Service: Keep customers informed throughout the troubleshooting process, explaining the issues and recommended solutions clearly and professionally.
  • After Service: Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction, address any additional concerns, and provide quotes for further potential work that could improve their pool systems. Maintain open communication to foster trust and long-term relationships.

Internal Team Communication:

  • Actively participate in team communication via Slack to ensure seamless collaboration. Share updates on ongoing repairs, ask for or provide troubleshooting support, and communicate relevant details with other technicians and team leaders to maintain operational efficiency.

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team within the Specialty Engineering Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing advanced windows application solutions for all Raytheon products. The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure) is a technical leader responsible for the architecture, integration, and validation of advanced mechanical systems supporting hyperscale data center environments. This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.

This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.

What will you do?

- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.

- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.

- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.

- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.

- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.

- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.

- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).

- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.

- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.

- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.

- Optimize rack manifold design and manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, surface finishing, connection interfaces, venting and draining strategies, and flow path optimization to enhance performance and manufacturability.

The Client Service Manager, Relationship Management in the Mega Market segment ($1B plus AUM), plays the critical role of relationship management and interface between our largest plan sponsors and Schwab. You will work as a team, with the Director level Client Service Manager, their Client Relationship Practice Leader and Client Service Specialist to provide a coordinated approach of client service delivery in support of plan administration requirements and unique client needs.  The goal of these team-based efforts will be to drive higher levels of client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion of the overall Schwab relationship with assigned practice clients.  In addition, the goal of the Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will be to learn and develop under more tenured Director Level Client Service Managers to pursue a thoughtful succession plan for SRPS’s largest client relationships. In meeting and exceeding these duties, the Manager, Client Service Manager is expected to understand and adhere to Schwab policies and practices and will play a key role in the mitigation of operational and financial risk to Schwab. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Agile, CICD, and SLDC process implementation and application experience.
  • Knowledge/Expertise in the following programming/scripting languages: Python, BASH, Java experience a plus.
  • Linux development experience with a solid understanding of its fundamentals and internals: Ubuntu/ CentOS

  • Experience in the creation and configuration(DHCP, PXE boot, nginx) of Virtual Machines (VMs), VMWare preferred.
  • Experience with leading edge networking systems, hardware, software and protocols including but not limited to enterprise ethernet datacenter switching/routing L1, L2, and L3 (BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP). Arista CloudVision is a plus
  • Experience with code versioning tools (Git preferred)
  • Experience with front-end and back-end Web UI design.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MS preferred.

We are looking for a  Principal Thermal Rack Engineer within the Intelligent Infrastructure Segment to drive advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems. This role involves incorporating thermal components such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifolds into network and server racks (EIA 19” and ORv3). You will leverage CFD tools to perform rack and system-level thermal and fluid analysis, ensuring optimal flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature performance. Additionally, you will create 3D CAD designs for seamless hardware integration, lead validation testing, and resolve thermal or flow issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and global vendors is essential to align thermal architectures with overall system design and international standards.

Lead the end-to-end integration and testing of rack thermal solutions, including liquid cooling systems in varying form factors and product lines.
Use CFD tools (FloTherm or Macroflow) to perform switch, rack, and system-level thermal/fluid analysis (flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature profiling).
Design and optimize thermal components using 3D CAD (Creo or SolidWorks) to support seamless hardware integration and testing.
Participate in customer engagements and site visits to understand and document deployment constraints and gather feedback for design improvements.
Partner with factory teams to ensure racks are built with proper airflow, hose routing, and thermal safeguards, while establishing best practices that improve build consistency across deployments.
Collaborate with Architects/Compliance/Reliability and global vendors to align thermal architectures with total system design and international data center/thermal/mechanical standards (e.g., Conduct thermal, mechanical, and reliability testing, analyzing airflow, coolant flow rates, pressure drops, and structural integrity to ensure compliance with the end-users’ specifications.
Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, wetted materials compliance, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
Manage relationships with mechanical/thermal component vendors to build out a robust partner ecosystem consisting of racks, CDUs, hoses, manifolds, QDs, and cold plates.
Ensure mechanical designs support airflow management, thermal containment, and integration with cooling systems (e.g., in-row cooling, in-rack cooling, rear door heat exchangers).
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical and thermal failures or field issues.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field is required

Minimum of 7+years of experience in thermal/mechanical systems integration
~3+ years of specific experience in rack-scale thermal design and analysis
~ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategies, and large-scale program management

Software Test Development Engineer who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Enterprise and Infrastructure division by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems within a large-scale software production environment. The Software Test Development Engineer play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of hardware products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction. Test System Development: Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes. This includes creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess the functionality and performance of hardware components or devices such as motherboard, memory, CPU, storage (SSD, HDD, NVMe) and PCIE devices (NIC, GPU, Mezz cards, RAID cards)
Test Software Development: Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process. This software may include code for controlling test equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and generating test reports
