How youβll make an impact in this role- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as a Radiologic Technologist, assisting with organ and body scans to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Prepare and position patients, select precise anatomic and technical parameters, and administer contrast media safely within scope of practice.
- Monitor patients during procedures, report abnormal activity, and recommend protocol updates to ensure safety and quality care.
- Assist Radiologists and PAs with specialized imaging, including angiography, complex vascular, and nonvascular interventional procedures.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

The Patient Care Technician Trainee (PCT Trainee) will be in training to learn how to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. The PCT Trainee will learn how to perform the hemodialysis treatment according to Satellite and the local center's policies and procedures. The care that will be taught will include taking and monitoring patient vital signs, performing blood tests, documenting appropriate patient information, preparing and monitoring dialysis equipment, and cleaning equipment.

Shifts range from less than 12 hours at the main hospital campus to 12-hour shifts at the FSERs.
