Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to HVAC operations.

7.

Prepare and maintain records and reports related to HVAC operations, including energy consumption, costs, and equipment maintenance.

Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders about HVAC operations and financial performance.

Qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an operating engineer, with a focus on heating and cooling systems.

2.

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is preferred.

3.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including the operation, maintenance, and repair of such systems.

4.

Experience in financial analysis and budgeting, with the ability to make decisions that optimize the financial performance of HVAC operations.

5.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in HVAC systems and operations.

6.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information about HVAC operations and financial performance to a variety of stakeholders.

7.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to achieving organizational goals and objectives.

8.

Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to HVAC operations.

9.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing and analyzing HVAC operations and financial data.
