What You Will Do

• Day to day interface with designers, product development engineering, Electronic Computer Aided Design (ECAD) function, program management, and other disciplines.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

• Minimum of 8 years experience in the following categories:

• Experience with component obsolescence management methodologies

• Experience with Parts Standardization application and technology insertion within the design process

• Experience with the development of associated component data / drawings and the judgment /determination of part applications to meet program/project objectives and requirements.

• Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs

The Realty Specialist Team performs a full range of complex contracting/leasing functions including, but not limited to, acquisitions, renewals, terminations, construction management, purchases, dispositions, and other space related tasks to Government entities requiring space for general administrative as well as unique operational needs. The Realty Specialists will oversee and manage multiple portfolios of commercial and/or residential real estate properties, build relationships with all Government space users (ex. • Lead one or more MIL-STD-882E compliant system safety programs
• Perform MIL-STD-882E System Safety Program tasks and analyses, or customer's approved equivalent
• Coordinate with customer safety representatives to gain safety approval from appropriate Safety Review Board authorities
• Work across all integrated product teams and lines to properly eliminate hazards or provide effective controls.
• Collaborate with Program Management and government approval authorities from program startup through production to demilitarization and disposal backgrounds

An Electronics Lab Assembly/Solder Technician is responsible for assembling, cabling, and validating complex testing rack test systems. This includes building and repairing cables and connector assemblies as a critical part of the role. Additional responsibilities include assembling and configuring rack-mounted devices, troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, and performing functional validations to ensure assembly quality and performance. Additional activities may include basic soldering, fabricating test boxes, or supporting other hardware integration tasks.

What you will do

• Assemble and configure rack-mounted devices, troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, and performing functional validations to ensure assembly quality and performance.

The Test Solutions (TS) Effectors Center (TSEC) within the Hardware Engineering Discipline is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing Production and Engineering test equipment solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on designers using the latest technology and tools and integrating state-of-the-art software solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. TS products are in engineering labs, in the field, and in factories and production testing environments utilized for testing weapon system products. This Principal Engineer hardware position is focused on supporting and driving the design, development, integration, and maintenance of electronics as a part of on-site factory support of test systems to support weapon system product development and deliveries. The selected candidate will support and drive the development of electrical designs, Interconnect designs, electrical system analysis and integrated development environment specified by the factory solutions and the TSEC organization.
