Duties

During the course of their careers, Secret Service Police carry out assignments in protection. Duties include:

• Providing protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, The Main Treasury Building and Annex, and foreign diplomatic missions and embassies in the Washington, D.C. area.
• Traveling in support of the Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state/government missions.
• Enforcing mandated protective responsibilities as described under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Possess a current valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. The Secret Service has determined that age is essential to the performance of this position.
• Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is also mandatory.
• Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular. Possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.
• Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz ranges. Applicants must be able to hear the whispered voice at 15 feet with each ear without the use of a hearing aid.
• Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
• Complete 12 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA or Artesia, NM and 17 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.
• Certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so, if you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• 2+ years licensed experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and/or groups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting
• Experience with health psychology

Pay Range: $97,300 - $146,100 annual total cash target pay
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay ($32/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Supply Chain Planner with experience managing demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization to support efficient operations and high service levels. The successful candidate will analyze sales trends, coordinate closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and align supply plans with demand forecasts through the S&OP process. This role plays a critical part in identifying supply risks, resolving fulfillment challenges, and driving improvements in on-time delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand signals and identify changes in customer demand to assess impacts on material replenishment strategies and production planning.
• Continuously refine demand forecasts to reduce costs, minimize excess inventory, and ensure optimal product availability.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align supply plans with demand forecasts and identify potential supply risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies to address supply constraints and maintain service levels.
• Manage daily communication with manufacturing facilities regarding purchase orders, estimated arrival times, and order adjustments (pull-ins, push-outs, and quantity changes).
• Develop weekly execution plans to convert order backlog into shipped revenue while maintaining production efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational or supply chain constraints impacting order fulfillment and delivery timelines.

• Partner with Purchasing and Procurement teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and drive improvements in on-time shipment performance and inventory efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in production planning, operations, supply chain management, or inventory planning.
• Strong understanding of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) principles.
• Experience analyzing sales and operational data to generate insights and develop performance dashboards.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs that drive supply chain performance and operational improvements.
