Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition Qualifications: A current NJ nursing license in good standing.
At least one year of related experience, preferably in Home Health.
Comfortable utilizing an EMR; experience with HCHB a plus! Experience with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits.
Additional Information: Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $62.00
