SUMMARY

A high‐volume bakery operation is seeking a strong, autonomous Night Production Manager to lead overnight production activities at its Norcross, Georgia facility. This role serves as the senior operations leader on the night shift and works closely with the FSQA Supervisor to ensure safe, high‐quality, and efficient production.

With only two managers in the building overnight, the position requires sound judgment, calm decision‐making, and consistent follow‐through. The Night Production Manager owns execution—delivering the production plan, maintaining standards, and ensuring a disciplined, well‐documented handoff to the day shift.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the senior operations leader on shift with full ownership of production execution
• Deliver the production plan safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety standards
• Lead and coach frontline leads and production teams with strong floor presence
• Partner with FSQA Supervisor to ensure adherence to GMPs, sanitation, and customer requirements
• Make real‐time decisions on staffing, sequencing, material flow, and downtime response
• Escalate issues appropriately while demonstrating strong independent judgment
• Conduct structured shift huddles and reinforce performance expectations
• Maintain disciplined reporting of production output, labor, downtime, and waste
• Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and route pulling teams to protect service levels
• Provide thorough shift handoffs outlining performance, challenges, and open items

• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role

• Partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve integration issues and support enhancements to the firm's data ecosystem.

SQL Engineering, Data Modeling & Data Quality

• Writes and optimizes SQL queries and transformations supporting ingestion, validation, modeling, and reporting needs.
• Designs and maintains curated data outputs including views, mapping tables, reference data, and transformation logic.
• Implements practical data quality checks such as completeness, duplication detection, referential integrity validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection, with associated monitoring and alerting.

Analytics & AI Readiness Enablement

• Delivers clean, well-documented datasets designed for consumption by analytics teams, BI tools, and AI initiatives.
• Supports AI-ready data practices including clear entity definitions, consistent keys, usable metadata, and traceable source-to-target logic.
• Provides limited support for Power BI enablement, including dataset readiness, performance considerations, and refresh behavior.

SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Data Integration

• Develops and maintains a strong working understanding of SharePoint as a data source, including list structures, content types, metadata, permissions, and governance considerations.
• Builds and supports integrations involving SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 data sources, ensuring accurate synchronization, validation, and operational reliability.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university.

This is a hybrid role and the salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $150,000 - $205,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors. POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as member of health care team that provides specialized health care including preventive care and on-going health maintenance for selected groups of patients.
