What you will do:
Supports referrals from providers in the ambulatory setting seeking biopsychosocial and behavioral health services for their patients.
Identify, assess and management of mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety.
Case management/care coordination, particularly for individuals with chronic and/or complex medical conditions.

Job Requirements Education Requirements: Associate's degree in Radiology, Cardiovascular Technology, or related field Certifications Requirements:
- Active BLS (AHA)
- Active ACLS (AHA)
- ARRT or RTR certification Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- Previous EPIC charting experience
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cardiac procedures Other Requirements:
- Valid IL state license (IEMA)

Job Responsibilities Provide advanced cardiac and radiological care in the Cath Lab, ensuring safe and effective procedures.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment including Philips Fluoro machines, Zoll defibrillators, and Merge Hemodynamics systems.
Assist physicians with patient positioning, sheath pulls, and line securement to adhere to aseptic techniques.
Interpret EKGs and cardiac rhythms for accurate assessment during procedures.
Document procedures accurately in EPIC charting system and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
