This position is based at our beautiful Easton practice; this is a well-staffed office in a wonderful college town just 25 miles from Boston. The practice is equipped with on-site laboratory and Radiology services, as well as outpatient procedural space.
Our team is looking for a BC/BE OB/GYN physician who thrives on providing excellent patient care with an emphasis on safety and quality. Signature Healthcare is made up of our award winning Brockton Hospital and Signature Medical Group and employs over 150 Physicians across 18 locations providing multi-site multispecialty care to our patients in Southeastern MA. Call is on average two, 24-hour in house shifts per month. Back up call is divided evenly, 1:8-1:9.
Our dynamic team currently includes eight OB/GYN Physicians, three nurse practitioners, two certified nurse midwives. We provide outpatient OB/GYN care at three locations in southeastern MA. For decades, Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital has provided a warm, welcoming, and secure environment. Our exceptional Labor and delivery team manages over 1,300 deliveries per year. Our Maternal-Newborn Pavilion offers a private surgical suite and a Level II Special Care Nursery. Laparoscopic skills needed, and experience in a multidisciplinary department is preferred. We also have 24/7 in-house Anesthesia and Pediatrics.

This position requires a physician skilled in both inpatient and outpatient pulmonology services, ensuring high-quality care through clinical and procedural expertise.
In this role, the physician will be responsible for a weekly schedule of a minimum of 32 clinical hours, with an additional 8 hours allocated for administrative duties, at a designated office site or affiliated hospital. The physician’s clinical duties include performing all necessary pulmonary procedures in both hospital and office settings, maintaining an active office practice in pulmonology, and fulfilling additional clinical responsibilities as determined by the Chief of the Department of Medical Specialties.

The Laborist/OB Hospitalist physician will lead a team that provides safe, high-quality, cost-effective obstetrical care using evidence-based medicine and best practices. Physicians in this role will be primarily responsible for managing the obstetric unit, labor management, and deliveries, including operative deliveries. The position includes rounding on antepartum, postpartum patients, providing obstetric and gynecologic consultations to the inpatient and emergency departments, and consulting for family practice obstetric providers and advanced practice providers.
Qualifications: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school; have/eligible a Massachusetts Medical License; Board-certified/eligible in OB/GYN; 3+ years post-residency experience or completion of an OB/GYN Hospitalist fellowship preferred; Demonstrated commitment to obstetrics education, health equity, and quality improvement.
