This position is based at our beautiful Easton practice; this is a well-staffed office in a wonderful college town just 25 miles from Boston. The practice is equipped with on-site laboratory and Radiology services, as well as outpatient procedural space.

Our team is looking for a BC/BE OB/GYN physician who thrives on providing excellent patient care with an emphasis on safety and quality. Signature Healthcare is made up of our award winning Brockton Hospital and Signature Medical Group and employs over 150 Physicians across 18 locations providing multi-site multispecialty care to our patients in Southeastern MA. Call is on average two, 24-hour in house shifts per month. Back up call is divided evenly, 1:8-1:9.

Our dynamic team currently includes eight OB/GYN Physicians, three nurse practitioners, two certified nurse midwives. We provide outpatient OB/GYN care at three locations in southeastern MA. For decades, Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital has provided a warm, welcoming, and secure environment. Our exceptional Labor and delivery team manages over 1,300 deliveries per year. Our Maternal-Newborn Pavilion offers a private surgical suite and a Level II Special Care Nursery. Laparoscopic skills needed, and experience in a multidisciplinary department is preferred. We also have 24/7 in-house Anesthesia and Pediatrics.

The Laborist/OB Hospitalist physician will lead a team that provides safe, high-quality, cost-effective obstetrical care using evidence-based medicine and best practices. Physicians in this role will be primarily responsible for managing the obstetric unit, labor management, and deliveries, including operative deliveries. The position includes rounding on antepartum, postpartum patients, providing obstetric and gynecologic consultations to the inpatient and emergency departments, and consulting for family practice obstetric providers and advanced practice providers.

Qualifications: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school; have/eligible a Massachusetts Medical License; Board-certified/eligible in OB/GYN; 3+ years post-residency experience or completion of an OB/GYN Hospitalist fellowship preferred; Demonstrated commitment to obstetrics education, health equity, and quality improvement.

Compensation ranges between $286,213 and $388,800

We’re looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to support and coordinate maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and production leadership to keep high-speed processing and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently.

If you’re a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and experience in a USDA or FDA regulated environment, this is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities during the shift to ensure production equipment and facility systems operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed packaging equipment including wrappers, cartoners, check-weighers, case packers, conveyors, and barcode systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and issue work orders to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair 110/230/460V electrical systems including motors, relays, starters, panels, and wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and assist with basic PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment for cleaning, lubrication, and scheduled maintenance.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to restore production operations.
• Assist with facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate and monitor outside contractors performing maintenance or repair work.
• Support safety programs including lockout/tagout, ladder safety, and equipment operation training.
• Assist with training maintenance staff, wastewater technicians, and lift equipment operators.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or a USDA/FDA regulated environment.
• Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting production and packaging equipment.
• Ability to read electrical control schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
