As Track & Trace Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating our day-to-day shipments and supporting the efforts of our office by providing visibility and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads. The key responsibilities of this role are to provide clear and concise communication, troubleshoot customer concerns, and to proactively monitor the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Enter new load orders into our proprietary web-based software
- Initiate “check calls” to track and trace drivers on all pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with drivers to ensure accurate documentation
- Closely monitor freight via multiple detailed websites to ensure accurate delivery times and to notify customers of potential delays
- Maintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipment
- Work cooperatively with Sales and Dispatch to provide solutions for customers’ needs and resolve issues
- Maintain an outbound call volume of 100 calls per day
Skills/Abilities:

Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to clients safety programs, training, and policies as well as collaborate with the project team to manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members, contractors, and others as required.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to build client relationships while interfacing with the client for proposal and project related items.
- Assist in the development of internal and external project risk reviews with the Project Management team and consult with the Legal Department as required.

- Establish, review and implement the project documentation and filing systems and processes.
- Verify the project, client contractor, and/or subcontractor's insurance, licensures, taxes/duties, and securities are in effect according to the project requirements.
- Support and conduct project safety, quality, progress and financial audits and assessments as required.
- Facilitate the materials receiving and management process including inventory control, receiving of goods, storage, and transportation.
- Collaborate with superintendents and site managers to verify compliance of subcontractors' and client contractors' contract documents, safety & health requirements, quality, and schedule.
- Facilitate the project turnover documentation, recordkeeping/retention, warranty and project close out processes.
- Assist with maintaining compliance on all project related activities by consistently applying company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development of project labor agreements with building trades as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience required.
- OSHA 10-hour certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
- Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities: Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities; may also pick-up new equipment from a John Deere factory Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed Maintains the yard in order and perform maintenance duties when not delivering Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required Perform other related duties as instructed by Service Manager Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: 1+ years experience as semi-trailer truck operator CDL License is a must and a valid driver license is required Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
