About the Department:
· Join a diverse faculty team with full subspeciality representation in the management of Urologic disease including management of general urologic conditions to the most advanced urologic cancer care.
Delivers compassionate care for both the physical and emotional challenges of urinary, reproductive, and sexual conditions, prioritizing quality of life.
Our team are experts in minimally invasive surgical techniques — including advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures — and participate in clinical trials looking into new treatments for urologic disorders.
The Urology program has earned national recognition in the latest U.S. News & World Report “Best Hospitals” issue, ranking #25 of all urology programs surveyed nationwide.
Endourologist – Clinical Faculty/Physician
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Specialization in stone treatment and management of benign prostate

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Fellowship trained in the diagnosis and surgical management of Men’s Health issues of Peyronie’s disease, end stage erectile dysfunction, and fertility issues (among others)
· Utilize the Rush Network and Platform to become a leading practitioner in the management of Urologic/Men’s Health diseases in Chicago and the Midwest
· Partnership with the nationally recognized Rush Gender Affirmation program

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

The hospital provides continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, offering services like 24/7 OB emergency care, breastfeeding guidance, and childbirth education. Endeavor Health and the Endeavor-Northshore Orthopedic Sports and Spine Institute are seeking a pediatric orthopedic surgeon to establish a new practice in the western suburbs of Chicago.
Join the largest orthopedic group in the Chicago region and be part of the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance of regional pediatric care network.
Primary sites are Endeavor Health Edward Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital, as well as Advocate Children’s Hospital for surgeries requiring PICU level care.
This opportunity would best suit an individual willing to grow a busy general pediatric orthopedic surgical practice, with a broad opportunity to develop a subspecialty interest in areas such as fracture care, sports medicine, clubfoot, hip dysplasia, or limb deformity.
This position is supported by a referral base of pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists.
At Endeavor, there is comprehensive support to optimize a successful practice, including fellowship trained pediatric anesthesiologists, fellowship-trained radiologist, child life services, neonatologists, pediatric intensivists/hospitalists and Physician Assistant support. The broader CCHA network also provided access to full subspecialty support across all pediatric disciplines.
Must be board certified or eligible in orthopedics with a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery; be eligible for an Illinois license; and have strong interpersonal skills.

One of the largest faith-based health care organizations in the Midwest is excited to welcome an additional general urologist to be based out of its Northwest Indiana location, about 35 minutes outside of Downtown Chicago. The hospital is a part of one of the largest acute-care hospitals in the Northwest Indiana region and is growing to meet the needs of the community. Most urological subspecialties can be supported in the context of a general urology position. The incoming physician will join one experienced provider who has been with the system for over 10 years, one urology-dedicated APP who assists in clinic rounding, and a highly-skilled support staff which includes 4 MAs and 1 Surgical Scheduler.
Facility Highlights:• Privileges at both a 63-bed acute-care community facility that offers nearly 50 medical specialties and a 220-bed hospital.
• Urology Clinic conveniently located centrally between both admitting hospitals; all facilities are located within a 5 mile radius.
• Collaboration in Operating Room working with DaVinci XI robotics.
• Onsite Equipment includes two fully equipped procedure rooms, Cystoscope, and Transrectal Ultrasound. Position Highlights:
• General Urology position, but subspecialty interests are welcome. Robotic/Laparoscopic experience is preferred but not required.
• Call will be 1:4 with support of a local group in the community. Hospitalists try to handle all immediate cases, so call is not burdensome.
• Ability to step into immediate volume for an experienced provider and supportive administration with mentorship available for new grads.
• Even split between OR and Clinic. Average outpatient volumes: 20 - 25 patients per day, average inpatient volume: 5 - 10 patients per day.
