The High Ropes and/or Zip Line Facilitator is responsible for facilitating programs on the High Ropes and/or Zip Line Course, which conform to GSUSA, GSNEO and ACA standards. The incumbent performs these duties in close partnership with the High Ropes or Zip Line Facilitator(s) and the Program Coordinator, Camp and Event Pathways. We provide the training!

Any availability within the timeframes below will be considered:

In the Summer, this position helps primarily with week day programs, 4 hour shifts in afternoon or evenings.

In the Spring and Fall, this position helps primarily with weekend programs, 4-hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be 18+ years old.

• Genuine interest in challenge courses and the philosophy of the experience offered.

• Ability to determine potential hazards on or surrounding the course.

• Ability to work in a varied environment that may include extreme heat and cold as well as other adverse weather conditions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that can be emotionally and physically demanding for an extended time.

• Ability or interest in learning to instruct individuals of diverse knowledge and experience.

• Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, flexibility and self-control

• Ability to communicate the written and spoken word with tact, diplomacy, and/or authority when necessary.

Our Aurora Ohio Distribution Center is hiring for Lift Driver immediately! As a Lift Driver, you will be responsible for receiving and unloading incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of products, and inspecting for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while operating various equipment. The role also involves using standing lifts to pick and pull products up to 40 feet above ground level. A strong focus on safety and adherence to standard operating procedures is essential, with the goal of consistently meeting performance targets.

What We Offer:

Desirable full-time schedule - Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am to 5pm
Weekly pay this position starts at $17/hour, with opportunity to advance to $18 after 90 days

• Receive & unload incoming product while verifying accuracy of shipment & inspection for damages loss, or defects
• Maintain product, tools, equipment, & work area in a clean, orderly & safe manner
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift (if applicable/certified)

Senior Product Manager 

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong technical foundation to drive product strategy and execution across our direct-to-consumer and B2B e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines hands-on software development experience with proven product management expertise, enabling them to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex market needs into actionable product roadmaps while managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development

• Define and own the strategic product roadmap for both DTC and B2B e-commerce channels, aligning initiatives with company objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities and validate assumptions
• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth

Prioritization & Planning

• Establish and maintain a data-driven prioritization framework to evaluate and sequence product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities in collaboration with engineering teams
• Make difficult trade-off decisions between competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations
• Define success metrics and KPIs for each initiative and track progress against goals

Requirements Development & Documentation

• Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Create wireframes, user flows, and functional specifications to clearly communicate product vision to design and engineering teams
• Leverage technical background to assess technical feasibility and provide meaningful input on architecture and implementation approaches
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and executive leadership

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives with competing priorities
• Demonstrated success in building and executing strategic product roadmaps

Technical Skills

• Strong technical acumen with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations
