How You'll Contribute:



The Market TechOps Leader is responsible for leading technical operations within an assigned market, overseeing project management and installation execution to ensure consistent delivery performance, financial results, and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary operational counterpart to market Sales leadership, aligning delivery capabilities with pipeline demand and client commitments. Reporting to the Territory TechOps Leader, the Market TechOps Leader provides leadership for Project Managers, TechOps Leaders, and associated delivery teams. This role focuses on execution excellence, resource coordination, team development, and issue resolution while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established standards, schedules, and financial targets.

What You'll Do:



* Provide market-level leadership for technical operations, overseeing Project Managers and TechOps Leaders responsible for project execution and installation delivery.



* Partner closely with market Sales leadership to align delivery capacity, execution strategy, and resourcing with pipeline demand and client expectations.



* Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with financial and quality targets.



* Monitor project performance across the market, identifying risks, delays, or cost issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

How You'll Contribute:




The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. This installation can include displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, equipment racks, etc. Will also provide advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians as necessary.



Location: Must live in the Washington DC - VA area.



What You'll Do:





  • Perform structured cabling installation: pull, terminate, label, and dress cables per project documentation and standards.

  • Complete physical installation and wiring of AV devices (displays, speakers, microphones, cameras, control interfaces, etc.).

  • Assemble, populate, and dress equipment racks with a high degree of workmanship and adherence to design documents.

  • Solder and terminate connectors according to project specifications and accepted industry practices.

  • Execute light physical construction tasks as required (e.g., blocking, mounting surfaces, hardware installation).

  • Follow Diversified's installation procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols with minimal deviation.

  • Maintain accurate daily records: timesheets, daily field reports, checklists, and as-built documentation.

Complexity:




This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients job sites with little supervision. On smaller projects this position may be responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors.




Decision Making Authority:




This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general the project manager and a site supervisor are available to answer questions. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 60% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds in construction areas. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.




Travel:




Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Local travel to job sites (within a 2 hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually but remote travel can be up to 30% of the job at times. 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis.

As Project Manager, Construction II you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving success of multiple facets of data center projects. The position covers all aspects of construction. Areas of expertise require autonomy and independent discretion in the following areas:



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • RFP development and budgeting
  • Pre-bid oversight and coordination
  • Managing all design phases and documents

  • Manage day-to-day office and field operations.

  • Develop, document, and drive lessons learned, process improvements, cost, and schedule savings initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the proposal team to coordinate design criteria with budgetary issues and ongoing maintenance and operation of existing facilities.
  • Awareness of the importance of mission-critical facility operation

How You'll Contribute:



This full-time (40hr./wk.) position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of equipment and materials as needed between Diversified warehouses and client job sites. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. This position is accountable for the warehouse's inventory accuracy, organization, and control of incoming shipments, as well as the timely, properly documented execution of outgoing shipments, including RMAs. The position entails a service-oriented approach; proactively supporting local and global project teams with all warehouse activities is required, as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of other departments and warehouses.

What You'll Do:





  • This position is required to deliver products and materials to job sites and between buildings.

  • Ensure that outbound shipping requests are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with project specifications, as well as Diversified
    shipping and inventory control procedures. Confirm all documentation and data entry is complete and accurate before releasing the shipment.

  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse facility: breakdown boxes and control waste; store shipping pallets and other warehouse materials and equipment; follow procedures and inventory control processes; comply with safety policies.

  • Unload and receive deliveries: process receipt and/or electronically log all incoming packages, based on disposition. Qualify equipment/materials and store according to warehouse layout and project specifications.

  • Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies utilizing RF/ Scan Gun

  • Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.

  • Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.

  • Weigh, and label outbound shipments, including small package and freight shipments. Recommend cost-effective shipping procedures to staff
    members. Call for couriers in response to staff requests and notify appropriate project teams when incoming courier correspondence is received.

  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor



What You'll Bring:



Required Skills/Qualifications:





  • 1+ years of experience as a delivery driver; box truck experience preferred.

  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

  • Possession of a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (Federal DOT MEC).

  • Must be able to obtain clearance through the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

  • Ability to read, write and speak English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including arriving at warehouse at 5:00 -6:00 AM for early delivery

The Role:

The primary responsibility of the Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations.   • Drive supplier performance management initiatives, including coordinating regular supplier evaluations and Quarterly Business Reviews for key suppliers
  • Conduct spend analysis to identify cost reduction and supplier efficiency opportunities
  • Support procurement policy development and drive consistent adoption and execution

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Construction, Engineering or a similar field is preferred, but not required
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or similar professional experience. Experience in data centers, real estate, construction, architecture, site operations or facilities will also be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing activities from site development through construction turnover including but not limited to designers, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
  • Experience working in E-Builder and/or Coupa is advantageous but not required.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information in a compelling and concise format.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate tact, discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
  • Detail oriented strategic thinker.
  • A team player with a strong and natural affinity for learning.
  • Self-starter with high- initiative, accountability, and motivation.


What We Offer

  • Onsite position based in either Sterling, VA or Denver, CO with free parking.
  • Full-time salaried, exempt role: Includes equity compensation and a performance-based annual bonus.
  • Annual base salary range: $85,000 - $112,000, depending on experience and location.
  • In-office expectations: This role requires in-office presence four days per week.
  • Travel: 10%
