Graphic Designer

Job Description
The Graphic Designer is a full-time role supporting the Marketing, eCommerce, and Wholesale teams through the execution of day-to-day design needs and seasonal initiatives. This position focuses on producing cohesive visual storytelling that reflects the brand aesthetic using established brand systems and guidelines.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, passionate about visual design, and adaptable to new design tools and trends. We’re looking for someone who collaborates effectively, embraces the H&B vision and core values, manages timelines responsibly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute creative assets across digital and print channels, including email, web, social, paid media, seasonal catalogs, and marketing collateral.
- Partner with senior leaders and directors to conceptualize and develop seasonal campaigns. Contribute ideas to creative discussions and proactively suggest user-focused design solutions.
- Directly support the senior graphic designer in designing seasonal creative campaigns and creative assets for product launches.
- Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into polished, production-ready designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to edit and retouch photos for use across digital and print assets
- Maintain consistency across all brand touch-points while helping evolve the visual language.
- Experience working independently and managing projects from concept through delivery.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic or brand design, ideally within a design studio, lifestyle brand, or product company.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); proficiency with Figma, and experience with Google Workspace preferred.
- Experience with drawing/ illustration and video editing is a plus.
- Strong design sensibility across print and digital formats — typography, layout, and composition.
- Experience designing both print and digital collateral, and marketing materials with knowledge of production.
- Golf knowledge is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating refined, luxury-brand design sensibilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Town Fair Tire is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Tester to join a mid-sized team of
Software Developers, Data Scientists & Network Admins. The Tester’s primary role is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house proprietary Software. Ideal candidate must have 4+ years of
experience in Manual Testing on web based applications. Testers will also be involved in software
deployment processes. This position also offers an entry level opportunity for learning or improving skills with Automation Testing utilizing Gherkin syntax on a C# codebase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Test in-house proprietary Software for defects
Use of Visual Studio and proprietary tools for code deployments
Assist in creation, maintenance, and regular execution of Gherkin based Automation Scripts
coded in C#
Drive assigned tasks to completion with minimal oversight
Raise concerns or issues as early in the SDLC as possible
Contribute insight on user experience concerns or ideas
Communicate with developers and Project Owners to ensure functional and user requirements

Requirements:
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and
experience:
4+ years experience in Manual Software testing
Knowledge of quality assurance, software testing principles and practices, and understanding of
SDLC
Experience with testing across a range of application types, including web, mobile and desktop
Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in collaboration with Product Owners and
Developers, including verification of implemented fixes
The ability to self-manage deliverables and communicate concerns
Display ownership and autonomy to work on tasks and be pro-active in managing it end to end
Excellent team building skills, including cross-functional team building
Participate in requirement analysis to understand specifications and user stories
Familiarity with Gherkin automation test architecture
Familiarity with SQL database structures and use
Familiarity using software Version Control application Git

Position Purpose: Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions.
