The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is accountable for providing quality service to customers seeking direction, information or assistance by conducting effective research on matters related to myBlue, pharmacy, enrollment, billing, benefits and claims inquiries to ensure first call resolution is achieved.

This position is responsible for ensuring a connection is made with each customer interaction to assist the customer with their initial concern and provide information tailored to their individual healthcare needs.

Job-Specific Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA.
• Must have proficient computer skills and be able to successfully complete all levels of the call center training program.
• Excellent active listening skills in order to clearly understand members’ issues.
• Must possess excellent communication skills to ensure a professional company image is projected at all times.

• Greet and take food and beverage orders from guests.

Radiologic Technologist – Outpatient Orthopedics Office – Latham, NY - Per Diem

What you will do:

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible to perform diagnostic radiographic, X-Ray examinations in accordance with departmental standards.  The incumbent interacts with physicians, staff and others in the efficient and service oriented operation and performs all job functions in a courteous and professional manner consistent with our mission and goals.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

• Successful graduate from an AMA approved Radiology program

• Registered by ARRT or acquired within 1yr

• BLS required
