As a Supported Living Service Case Coordinator, you will assist consumers with a variety of services and trainings to enable them to live independently in their community. Our program serves people from Boston to Southeastern Massachusetts. Case Coordinators are the difference in the lives of our consumers on a regular basis. Essential Functions
- Develop Supported Living Service Plans
- Maintain communication with the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) (or other service) provider.
- Assist consumers in the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of their Personal Care Attendants, sign onto the PCA program Service Agreement if surrogacy is required. Be thoroughly detailed in the understanding of this document and assist consumer comply also.
- Assist Consumers in obtaining housing if needed.
- Assist consumers in setting up and maintaining appropriate records regarding Personal Care Attendants (PCA), finances and medical issues.
- Assist consumers with accessing community resources such as health care, recreation, transportation and adult education.
- Encourage and assist consumers in the development of relationships with other members of the community.
- Maintain confidential records according to program guidelines.
- Train consumers annually on human rights and how to obtain assistance on human rights violations.
- Assist consumers with Transitional Assistance services through the Money Follows the person (MFP) and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) waivers.
- Follow MRC Community Living Program manual standards, as well as other regulatory documents related to the position.
- Must report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual/physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC).

The Tempus Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Compliance specialist has a key role in supporting the state and the agency partners in ensuring PCA program participants are compliant with the use of EVV and the EVV policies. This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing the Tempus FI aspects of the EVV Compliance policies set forth by MassHealth and ensures Tempus FI satisfies contract requirements.
This role involves a broad range of tasks including: preparing compliance reports and dashboards for the state, agencies and internal teams, monitoring EVV compliance metrics and supporting CMS-related reviews and compliance assessments, overseeing/initiating needed changes to the PowerBI dashboard, researching non-compliance cases, assisting with corrective action plans and/or process improvements, and communicating across departments, with MassHealth and other contracted agencies. The position supports the day‑to‑day operations of a small office, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally for employees and visitors.
This role combines office operations, administrative support, and coordination, with responsibilities that may evolve based on business needs.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with a pay range of $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming workplace Manage office supplies, shared spaces, mail, deliveries, and office equipment Coordinate daily lunches and catering as needed Serve as a point of contact for general office needs and questions Liaise with building management and assist with coordination of building services, IT support, and external vendors Track and help resolve maintenance issues, service requests, and office access (keys, badges, etc.) Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries Maintain physical and digital office records, postings, and required notices Provide administrative support related to office expenses, expense reporting, scheduling, and coordination Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as business needs arise Candidate Qualifications Experience supporting office operations or administrative functions in a professional environment Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Strong communication skills with a professional approach Willingness to pitch in on a wide range of tasks, from routine office upkeep to special projects Ability to thrive in a small‑office environment supporting a busy portfolio manager Flexible, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

About the Role As the Lighting Project Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints/electrical drawings, utilizing manufacturing software to produce quotes, submittals, and tracking for customers and specializing in electrical lighting controls.
What You'll Do Responsible for estimating all commercial/industrial lighting projects.
Must be proficient in reading blueprints and working with electronic bid management software to produce quotes.
Must be highly organized and efficient to handle multiple projects in the bid stage and help manage projects after the sale is made.
Understands the importance of deadlines and must organize the bid schedule based on complexity and project due dates.
Works well with the Lighting project team, outside sales team, and inside sales team in coordinating bids and managing projects.
Accountability for timely completion and profitability of projects.
Manages and coordinates with all parties involved in the order, both internal and external.
Manages and maintains vendor and customer relationships.
Provides customer service that separates Turtle & Hughes from our competition in the marketplace.
Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting, communication, and documentation.
