- Position and fasten parts using screws, rivets, bolts, and other fasteners; apply sealants as required.
- Connect wiring, tubing, and mechanical components.
- Inspect work for defects, test completed assemblies for proper function; adjust as needed.
- Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).
- Perform basic machine calibration and alignment as required.
- Maintain tools and perform basic equipment upkeep.
- Accurately document assembly steps, issues, or productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety procedures.
- Share knowledge and assist other areas as needed.
Qualifications/Essential Functions:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of shop measurement.
- Basic paperwork and counting skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., as well as bend, sit, and stand repeatedly.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural projects. The Project Manager oversees the Project Architect to ultimately ensure the highest quality construction documents. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project schedule, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration. This position reports to the Client Executive/Principal Architect and is charged with ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget constraints in accordance PBK's quality and client service standards.
Your Impact:- Supervise and manage Project Architect and the project team to ensure high quality construction documents.
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Organize and direct the architectural and/or engineering teams to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
- Direct, organize and mentor junior staff with responsibility oversight of their assignments.
- Responsible for maintaining positive client relationships throughout project. Keep client apprised of project progress on regular basis.
- Provide technical advice to the project team.
- Support Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in supervision and delegation of work.
- Lead Construction administration jobsite meetings with contractors and owners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field is required.
- Must be a Licensed Architect.
- 7+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing to give assignments to office support staff, consultants, and vendors.
- Willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions; include appropriate people in decision-making process; make timely decisions.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.

- Accountable for all cash handling and funds generated from all sources of your restaurant's income.
- Coach and counsel employees effectively and according to company policy. Develop lead for both BOH & FOH employees.
- Energize and motivate both BOH & FOH staff.
- Lead others by influencing the actions and opinions in a desired direction. Exhibit judgment in leading others to worthwhile objectives that match the company goals and standards.

Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in restaurant business / 10+ years supervisory experience (or demonstrate job requirements).
- 4-year college/university degree or equal job experience.
- Must successfully complete the company's MIT training program.
- Must successfully complete any other company training such as the State of Florida Management Certification.
- Must attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs required by the company or as it relates to your position.
- Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulation
