• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA certified)
  
• Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
  
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in acute care or perioperative (operating room) settings
  
• Ability to complete privileging and credentialing (estimated 60 days)

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and perioperative planning for general surgery and orthopedic anesthesia
  
• Obtain and verify informed consent for anesthesia services
  
• Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and perioperative management with patients and the surgical team
  
• Provide induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia for general and orthopedic procedures
  
• Monitor and document patient physiological status throughout procedures using iPro charting
  
• Perform clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
  
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff within a supervised care-team model
