As an Employment Litigation Associate at Manning Kass, you will play a key role in defending employers in a variety of workplace-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other employment law matters. A prestigious, long-standing San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals within a busy litigation practice group. This will support a probate, trusts & estates litigation desk. but the attorneys will train on the practice area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and revise pleadings, discovery responses, and general correspondence.
- Manage State and Federal court filings (e-filing), manage service of process, and prepare exhibit binders for hearings/trials.

The Firm is providing this good-faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant's final salary will depend on a number of factors, including the applicant's skills and years of experience.
