The Role

- Handle a variety of Litigation matters: Alongside handling Complex Commercial Matters, there will also be exposure to Wage and Hour Class Action Litigation, Business and Contract disputes, Defending against OSHA and other Government investigations
- Client Representation: Advocate for clients in construction labor and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations.

What you will do:
