Skin Center is a Medical Spa and Wellness Center located in Boca Raton, FL. We offer a variety of non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as Botox injections, Dermal filler injections, Laser Resurfacing, Laser Hair Removal, PRP treatments, Vitamin therapy treatments, Weight Loss injections, Microneedling/Morpheus8 treatments, and much more.
We are currently looking to bring in a new Physician Associate (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to the team (Boca Raton). This will be a full time position for 1 candidate (35-40 hours per week), or 2 part-time positions, which would include working some Sunday's (2 per month).
This position does require experience in cosmetics with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures including Botox injections, dermal fillers, vitamin and weight loss injections.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess individual needs, discuss treatment options, and create customized plans.
- Administer injectable treatments safely and accurately, following established protocols and industry best practices.
- Ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for patients during procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, attending relevant workshops and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement innovative treatment protocols and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Adhere to all medical spa policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in Florida.
- Proven experience and expertise in performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including Botox, and fillers.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin care, and aesthetic medicine principles.
- Excellent injection techniques and ability to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide a personalized experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient documentation and treatment plans.

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Physician Assistant with Open Heart/Cardiac Surgery experience to join our specialized cardiovascular surgical team. This part-time role offers a varied schedule and requires a dynamic clinician who excels in high-acuity, team-based environments. The PA will collaborate directly with cardiac surgeons in both the operating room and clinical settings, ensuring continuity of care from preoperative assessments to postoperative recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive cardiac surgical history and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic and laboratory tests
- Formulate and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with cardiac surgeons
- Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, within the scope of privileges
- First-assist in open heart and cardiac surgical procedures
- Perform vein harvesting and other operative techniques as required
- Deliver care in the pre-, intra-, and post-operative settings
- Manage inpatient rounding, consults, wound care, and bedside procedures
- Run outpatient cardiac surgery clinics and assist with minor procedures
- Educate patients and families throughout the cardiac surgical continuum

Qualifications:
- Master?s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Minimum 5 years of APP experience, including open heart/cardiac surgery and vein harvesting
- Current and valid PA license with ability to obtain medical staff privileges
- National PA Certification (NCCPA)
- DEA License required as per specialty
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Compliant with state CEU/CME and licensure renewal requirements
