Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on HR leader to oversee Human Resources and Labor Compliance for a multi-site, multi-state healthcare organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership while remaining deeply involved in policy development, employee relations, wage and hour compliance, and HR execution.

This position is based in Blue Bell, PA with travel required to support new program launches and existing locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR and compliance advisor to executive and operational leadership
• Oversee multi-state labor law compliance, including wage & hour, exempt/non-exempt, overtime, PTO, FMLA, and ADA
• Draft, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and handbooks
• Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
• Lead and oversee current HR staff
• Support healthcare operations, including Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist programs
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
• Provide coaching, performance guidance, and leadership development
• Support new program launches and expansion into new states

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, healthcare required
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state organizations
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law and wage & hour compliance
• Experience writing and implementing HR policies
• Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
• Emergency Medicine / Hospitalist group experience strongly preferred

Position: Real Estate Asset Manager

Supervisor: Co-CEO & Chief Operating Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Asset Manager will be responsible the creation and implementation of specific strategies to maximize the value of a portfolio of properties owned by the firm. The individual will direct the firm’s leasing, operations, and construction teams to ensure each asset’s optimal value is achieved.

Essential Functions:

• Development and execution of annual business plans to maximize the value of each asset
• Provide strategy, direction and oversight for leasing and management teams in an effort to maximize top line revenues and to ensure appropriate cost control measures are achieved.
• Ensure all potential lease transactions are consistent with current market conditions.
• Keep current of market conditions in order to understand the competitive position of each asset from a leasing and investment perspective.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of all capital improvement projects.
• Prepare regular updates on asset performance for senior management and investors.
• Manage the reporting process (business plans and monthly/quarterly reports) in an efficient and timely manner
• Travel regularly to assigned assets to ensure implementation of the business plan and to increase knowledge of current market conditions
• Provide input and assistance in underwriting new investments
• Oversee the asset disposition process
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirement:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field with strong record of academic achievement, MBA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate analysis/asset management experience with an emphasis in office and industrial properties
• Experience in property management/leasing/operations desirable
• Proficiency with Argus and Excel
• Highly developed negotiation skills; superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
• Exceptional quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
