Orientation & Training:
TMC offers an orientation and flatbed training program just for you! We've been training apprentice drivers for nearly 30 years.
Our student driver training program is recognized as one of the best in the country. It is also one of the few on-the-job truck driver training programs approved by the Department of Labor as a certified Heavy Truck Driver Apprenticeship program! Apprentice drivers are paid $650 per week during orientation and OTR training with one of our certified flatbed driver trainers!
- Home time is important to us, so we try our best to pair you with a trainer who lives within 150 miles of your home so you can enjoy your weekends with friends or family
- Orientation is two weeks at one of our training facilities located in Des Moines, Iowa, or Columbia, South Carolina. Orientation is followed by five weeks over-the-road (OTR) with a Driver Trainer (4 weeks if you have an Automatic Transmission restriction printed on your Class A CDL)

Job Description
General Summary:
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for all aspects of the Service Operations Department at one or more assigned locations. As a senior manager the OM collaborates with Sales, Business Office, and Purchasing teams to create an exceptional associate and customer experience aligned with CarMax culture.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of team and processes associated with vehicle production and servicing
- Utilizes reports, analyzes information and monitors trends to identify opportunities in the business
- Displays financial responsibility through P&L management
- Identifies opportunities to reduce waste; identifies process improvements that are value added for customer and associate experience
- Interviews, hires, trains, and promotes associates to support Service Operations and company growth
- Serves as member of senior management team; collaborates to set strategy for the store and provides vision, direction, and motivation to team
- Champions and implements both company and store initiatives for consistent execution and procedures
- Resolves customer and associate issues
- Facilitates and participates in meetings and conference calls

Qualifications:

- Hands on experience of managing Windchill environments on Linux , Windows & AWS.

LifeCycle configuration with necessary customization, JDBC connections and writing respecting query specs, following PTC lead best practices of API development and usage.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windchill and its integrations in the cloud environment according to the migration plan.
- Install and configure Windchill components in the cloud environment according to the Upgrade Plan.
- Execute the Windchill upgrade process, including applying patches, hotfixes, and performing major version upgrades.
- Support the bulk migration of data from the on-premises system to the cloud, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
- Thoroughly test all deployed solutions, including workflows, configurations, and integrations, to ensure they function as expected.
- Proposing solutions and fixing issues raised in Windchill cloud migration and Windchill upgrade.
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, performance issues, and data integrity anomalies in the cloud, using application logs and other tools.
- Continuously monitor application and database performance in the cloud and optimize configurations for efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for the new cloud environment, including processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Act as a key liaison, coordinating with PTC support, other IT teams (network, database), and product owners to resolve issues and meet project objectives.
- Leading and grooming the Windchill team in cloud migration and upgrade activities.-

Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment is the subject matter expert (SME) and key driver for the development and implementation of a strategic student outreach/recruitment campaign to attract qualified applicants in designated world regions on behalf of NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).
This position has primary responsibility to develop specific regional plans to drive student applications to NYUAD, optimize initiatives and activities to enhance the student application pool, conduct data-driven impact analysis of recruitment activities on application targets from each region, and develop focused reports to communicate success and strategies to change approaches as required.
This position is responsible for management of operations, personnel, and budget allocations of the IIE/NYUAD Program, including supervision of direct reports (3), international contractors through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) (4), and a dotted-line (matrix) reporting structure for outreach officers in IIE International Offices (4).
The Senior Program Manager represents IIE/NYUAD in interactions with NYUAD admissions leadership and team members.
Essential Functions: Manages the daily activities of the NYUAD program, including overseeing operations, budget allocations, personnel, and policy decision-making.
Provides guidance and direction to a global team of international recruitment professionals to achieve program deliverables including accountability of each team deliverables in five different world regions.
Manages employment of outreach officers through an EOR, including establishment, maintenance, and tracking of processes for payroll, expenses, reimbursements, vendor payment, and PTO.
Oversees the development of an international recruitment plan and strategy to identify and recruit a competitive and diverse international student applicants for all academic programs prioritizing students from regions relevant to the Scope of Work.
