Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

* Maintenance and repair of computer driven electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment in support of medical device production.

o Computer driven systems include proportional-integral-derivative (PID) operating controllers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and Human Machine Interface (HMI) automation.

o Sub-systems and components include electric drives, motors, electrical wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, relays, printed circuit board circuitry, vacuum, and compressed air.

* Respond to emergency repair requests through troubleshooting, diagnosis, resumption of operation, and electronic documentation.

* Execute preventative/scheduled maintenance including planning of materials, parts, training, and other requirements to ensure work is executed in an efficient and timely manner.

* Document all work planned and performed in the computerized maintenance management system.

* Evaluate operation of equipment and instruments to conduct on-line adjustments. * Evaluate, quote, and order necessary replacement equipment, tools, and fixtures. * May develop or revise documents and procedures.

* Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or equivalent years of experience in Engineering, Science or related technical field is preferred

* 1-3 years of technician experience in a manufacturing environment is required; experience working in medical device manufacturing or other FDA regulated industry preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

* Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and plumbing diagrams to expertly troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment, electric drives, motors, basic wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics is required.

* Working knowledge of flow controls, valve selection, and pressure regulation.

* Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

* Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.

* Working knowledge of equipment powered by 120, 208/230, and 480VAC electrical voltage is required.

* Experience with PLC/HMI and MS-DOS programming languages is preferred.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel or equivalent software applications is preferred.

The pay for this role is a minimum of $25 per hour ($52k/yr) and a maximum of $33 per hour ($68,640/yr).

The Complaint Engineer I conducts complaint investigations to identify causes of reported product defects. The role analyzes complaint data to detect undesirable trends and performs escalation request to drive effective corrective actions. Role Overview

Under general supervision, the Sr. Accountant will collaborate with partners across the organization to:

• Provide detailed reports, including profit/loss projections

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for the assembly of panelboards, switchgear, bus systems, wiring harnesses, and control panels.
• Create and maintain work instructions, assembly procedures, process flows, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and collaborate with Engineering on new product introductions (NPI).
• Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain BOM accuracy, routings, labor standards, and production fixtures.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, Kaizen events, standardized work, and waste reduction.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in electrical equipment, switchgear, panelboards, or industrial equipment assembly.
• Strong understanding of electrical components: breakers, contactors, relays, transformers, bus bars, metering devices, and control wiring.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, one-lines, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with UL508A, UL67, UL891, and NEC standards.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for BOMs and routings.

• Team Management: This role involves leading and supervising a team of assembly technicians and operators. The Assembly Manager provides guidance, training, and support to ensure that employees perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Safety and Compliance: They are responsible for enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. This includes maintaining a safe work environment, conducting safety training, and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.
• Inventory Management: The Assembly Manager oversees inventory levels, ensures the availability of required components and materials, and helps manage stock control to avoid shortages or excesses.
• Collaboration and Communication: They collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to coordinate activities and address any cross-functional issues. Effective communication with stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers, is also essential.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: The Assembly Manager tracks production performance, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepares regular reports to evaluate productivity, quality, and other relevant metrics. They analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Experience working in a union shop and familiarity with union labor laws should be preferred.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of working experience in custom metal fabrication electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, bill of material (BOM’s), schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine best methods and sequences of product assembly.
• An effective leader who can help level load the factory and can plan a lookout for 3-4 weeks so that the company’s overhead expenses for overtime in the shop stay within budget.
• Should be a Team Player and an Inclusive Leader.
• Knowledge about hand tools and measuring devices.
• Knowledge about EV products.
• Knowledge of Low Voltage or Medium Voltage Switchgear or components.
• Should have a particularly good understanding of Operational Excellence process improvements.
• Ability to work in a loud environment.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Certification in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.

The Orthopaedic X-Ray Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including extremities, spine, and other orthopaedic studies, with an emphasis on same-day imaging to support timely diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures patient safety through proper positioning, use of lead shielding, and adherence to radiation safety principles (ALARA).

Key duties include operating and maintaining imaging equipment, accurately documenting patient and exam information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and OSHA. The technologist collaborates closely with radiologists, orthopaedic surgeons, and other healthcare providers to deliver efficient, patient-centered care, while clearly communicating procedures and expectations to patients. Additional responsibilities include managing imaging supplies and inventory. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
